Major museums such as the Mus\u00e9e d\u2019Orsay and the Louvre have seen their ticket sales tumble. These drops in revenues will inevitably lead to curator restoration budgets contracting even further. This is after years of stagnation.<\/p>\n<p>These human tragedies make a difficult situation even worse.
